Totes Transcendental Street Fighter II Turbo Is Good For Your Prana

Posted on November 29th, 2007 by Colin

I have this awesome yoga teacher (ed note: yes, I have become one of THOSE gays). She makes us sit around her feet like little children and she teaches us sutras. All of us in her class, we’re just, well… deep like that. Because we really take in the teachings and understand them. This week’s:

Our thoughts
And the unruly winds
Work in tandem,
Intermixed with one another
Like water poured into milk
Wherever the winds spring forth
Thoughts spring forth there too.
Wherever the thoughts spring forth,
There too spring forth
The winds.

So her explanation was basically that our prana(kind of like energy) can affect our physical states and our reality. And sometimes we need to do things to make our prana more positive, and what increases your prana varies from person to person. For example, she said:

So like, for me? Like, eating kale makes my prana feel really good. But like some of my friends? Salad makes their prana feel really good! But salad just makes me gassy.

And this got me thinking about positive ways to use my power.

As some of you know, David Lynch is really into this whole trancendental meditation thing. Like, that… yogic flyers can bring peace to the planet.

Yes. Basically what’s being explained here is Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret. And I totally watched that shit on-demand, so I know what I’m talking about. Because according to The Secret, “The universe has a built in time delay”, which means my wishes for world peace (also my desire to to have a pizza party with the Olsen Twins) might not happen until after the rapture when I am forced to wander the earth as one of The Left Behind.

I have a faster solution to world peace. When I get powers, I’m just gonna burn some motherfuckers with my fire breathe.

Obama burns Bush

“Ripples of peace in monaural sound” say what? Ask Lyric if she can make it happen for the Olsen Twins Pizza Party.
