Tonight at 6:30 at the New York Manhattan Mormon Temple, 125 Columbus Ave at 65th there will be a peaceful protest in opposition to the passing of Proposition 8.

What should I put on my sign? I saw this one the other day. It’s the sweet sign on the left.

Gay Marriage Sign

Can’t really tell if it’s about h8 or not, but I kind of like the math behind gay = anal sex = marriage. Plus that’s a pretty great ring graphic he drew.

Have you seen Keith Olberman’s statement on the matter. He’s right, these are matters of the heart, no matter how cheesy that sounds.

Let’s stand up for them. This is a time to be angry. This is a time to speak out. This is a time to show solidarity. This is a time to show people how little tolerance we have for discrimination.

But really, what should I write on my sign?
